Sealant

sealant

Sealant - $31* per tooth

Sealants are a clear or white plastic coating that is placed on the biting surfaces of the teeth to prevent decay. To place sealants, the surface of the teeth have to be cleaned and dried. After that, a conditioning solution is applied and it’s proceeded by the sealant which needs to be hardened by a special light.

It is recommended that children get sealants for the first time around the age of 5 and 7 or when they get their first set of molars. Once their permanent molars come in, between the age of 11 and 14, they should have sealant applied again. This will help them protect their teeth and maintain them strong and healthy.

This has to be the best dentist visit ever for my kids. My son was traumatized from a dentist appointment years ago and was so scared to go back to a dentist, but the staff and Dr Lewis made him feel safe. He was still a bit nervous but was able to let the staff do what they needed to do. The staff and dentist cared about my kids and not about money like so many other dentist do now a days. Most dentist want payment upfront Risas dental has payment plans so you or your loved one can get the help they need right then and there. I’m so glad Risas dental is here, we’re not going anywhere else!
