We are excited to announce that Risas is holding an in-person hiring event to fill our bilingual openings across 14 locations in the Phoenix metropolitan area. During the event, we will be conducting interviews. You will also have a chance to speak to leaders from different areas of the business to ask questions about our culture, the roles, benefits, and more.

Interviewing for:

Bilingual Patient Loyalty Specialist (full time)-Corporate office

Provide a patient-centric experience over the phone and are the first contact patients have with Risas. Empowered to educate patients on our numerous services, pricing, and assist with scheduling appointments.

Bilingual Front Office Assistant (full time)-Clinics

Creates hospitality focused experience for every patient as they enter and exit our office. Greets and checks-in patients, obtains patient information and assists with any questions patients have.

Bilingual Accounts Specialist (full time)-Clinics & Corporate office

Works with patients to discuss payment options, insurance benefits and eligibility, financial account accuracy, and account balance resolution.

Bilingual Dental Assistant (full time)-Clinics

Empowered to educate our patients on dental treatment and procedures. Works side-by-side with doctors to provide exceptional service to patients.

Bilingual Orthodontics Assistant (full time)-Clinics

Educate and communicate with our patients on orthodontic treatments and procedures while using the latest state of the art technologies to provide patients with the best care and experience.

Bilingual Sterilization Technician (full time)-Clinics

Decontamination, cleaning, and sterilization of all equipment and instruments. Technician also sets up trays for doctors to use during patient care.

What is a Hiring Event?

Think of it like a job fair, but for one company and more personal. Hiring events are a great way for employers to fill multiple roles quickly. Hiring is a human process, and we would like to meet you to see if you’re a fit! We will be conducting interviews during the event and plan to make offers on Friday between 5pm and 7pm.

Is there a registration fee for this event?

No, this event is free of charge

What should I expect when attending this event?

There could be some waiting time to be seen as candidates will be interviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will provide areas to wait, have opportunities for you to learn more about our positions and we will provide refreshments.

What should I bring?

You will want to bring a positive attitude, pen and paper if you would like to take notes, and a friend who is qualified for our positions if you would like to receive a $10 Amazon card. Hopefully, you will have provided your resume ahead of time when registering as recruiters will print off for the hiring managers on your behalf. If not please bring a resume with you and we can make additional copies.

Is a dental background necessary?

Dental background is not required but strongly preferred for Dental Assistant, Ortho Assistant and Sterile Technician roles. We do have other customer service focused positions where dental background is not needed.

What are you looking for in a candidate?

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, positive attitude, dependability, and someone who works well with all teammates and departments. We are looking for candidates who are coachable, have a growth mindset and someone who is passionate about helping others

Are you only looking for bilingual candidates only?

Yes. Being bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred as it is a necessary function of many of our positions.

Do you require a certain amount of experience for your dental positions?

Experience is a plus for our dental assisting roles however we are very much open to recent dental graduates for many of our open positions.

What is the Dress Code?

Dress in a neat, tidy, and presentable manner. In many cases, opting for dark jeans, slacks or a skirt paired with a button-down shirt, polo shirt or blouse may be a good combination. We are also open to scrubs if you have worked in a clinical setting.

How long will interviews be?

Interviews will be shorter than traditional length. Be prepared to share your experience and skills with our hiring managers. There may be a couple hiring managers meeting with you to ask questions together. You will want to present the best version of yourself.

When will I receive feedback if I will be offered a position?

Risas hiring managers and recruiters will be reaching out to you via phone or email to advise if they will be offering a position or moving forward with other candidates at the end of the two-day event. You will receive a notification between 5pm, and 7pm on July 15.

Are there opportunities to talk about student externships at this event?
