Total treatment cost must be a minimum of $300 or more to qualify for pay in full or payment plan discounts. A down payment of $300-$999 must be made to receive 25% of your down payment back in credit towards your payment plan. A down payment of $1000 or more must be made to receive 30% of your down payment back in credit towards your payment plan. A 9.9% processing fee will be added to the remaining balance of payment plans set up under this promotion. Must have Friends of Risas Membership to qualify. Insurance patients are not eligible.
