If Patient pays $1,200.00 as a down payment then Patient is eligible for $85.00 monthly fee for 30 months. Monthly payments will not begin until September 1, 2024. If all monthly payments received on time Patient is eligible for an extra set of retainers at the end of the 30 month payment period.
